hi,
I know the specifications for the ECL10K and ECL100K level. But I do not know what the 10K or 100K mean? Anyone pls. tell me what the "100K"stands for?
It stands for the chip logic family. Originally, the 10k family chip numbers were assigned with 5 digits (i.e. 10xxx, 101xx, etc). When the faster logic famliy was developed, the chip numbers were assigned 6 digits (i.e. 100xxx, 101xxx, etc.), to differentiate them from the earlier slower chips.
The 100K series, in addition to being faster, had improved features such as temperature and voltage compensation.
