Hi,
Now, I'm studying about waveguide fabrication. Can anyone explain me about the main parameter and steps in waveguide fabrication ?
What materials that used for it and Can use polimer ?

Thx.

What waveguides are you interested in?
Microwave ones – usually are metallic, millimeterwave can be metallic and/or dielectric waveguides. There are also planar structures with dielectric and metals in mw and mm-wave and are sometimes called waveguides.
Optical ones are mostly dielectric waveguides.

Anyway, yes it can be polymer, there are so many polymers with various properties and some of them are useful as waveguides.
Fabrication – first tell us what is the domain.

the most common materials used are good conductors metals, like copper.
Silver is used at mm freq.
Brass is sometime used to reduce working costs.
Al alloy is sometime used to reduce weight.
Dielectric waveguide may be considered as a particular case of surmoded waveguide and are rarely used.
Metalized plastic polimer may act as metal, but the attenuation is higher, they has been used many years ago in anti-intrusion radars. It's a lighweight and cheaper solution.
