Which type of electromagnetic wave is best for audio wave transmission and what type of transmission system is best ???
What frequency range we should consider ?

Radio waves, but you could use optical or even air pressure waves.
Assuming you mean radio waves, anything from about 15KHz up to 300GHz should be OK.
