watermarking for i-frame

hi,

Im working on a video watermarking proj. and i need to watermark intraframes and non-intra frames seperately. How can i extract the i-frame from a .cif video sequence and break it into 8x8 blocks.

please help,

by using following matlab functions u can get to know
mmreader
read
get
for i=1:numberofframes
.
.
end
