Can someone tell me what is the information regarding the process of washing the device during production?

This question is with respect to this IC

Hi,

what information are you after?
While washing for many solder is not necessary, usually ICs are still not critical with washing.

Handling information information beyond datasheet content can be only obtained from manufacturer. There are often specific documents available, if not you can ask in microchip support forum.

Hi,

Still not critical with washing means, its safe to wash the ICs?

There is no general answer.

Why washing at all? Electrical reasons? mechanical protection? environmental reasons? chemical reasons (coating )..
Homebrew or in a professional washing machine?
The "why" also determines how you want/need to dry after washing (cold, warm, hot, pressure air, vaccuum..)

As already mentioned: it depends on the IC. But for sure also on the washing method.
Water, steam, chemicals, pH, temperature, pressure, duration, ultrasonic, mechanic, brushes..and so on

And I guess you don´t want to wash this IC on it´s own. Thus it depends on all other parts, too.
