want to choose PhD topic, need suggestions

Hi friends
I have completed M.Sc & want to do PhD in RF ciruit design
I dont know about future scope in this field.
In my university I dont have facility regarding RF circuit design(MMIC,very high frequency design etc).
can u suggest me any universities where facilities are available
& also provide scholarships.
