want a program like dvbstream

Hi all,

i need a program just like dvbstream that runs on Windows XP and can broadcast DVB TS or a DVB PS over a LAN using the RTP protocol. dvbstream works with linux as far as i know. Is there any program like this? also what program can i use at the player side? If there is no program like this, what are my alternatives?

I There is a ProgDVB Module to broadcast Mpeg2 stream by using UDP protocol. If you are interested I can explain more.

you can also use x-server based on cygwin and run dvbstream from x-server.
cygwin is linux environment sitting over windows.
