Vov or Vdsat

Hi, when we doing the biasing for normal opamp comparator, the biasing part meeting Vov more important or meeting Vdsat?
If the Vov is low, this will leading transistor at substrehold region.
If decent Vov, then very likely it will not meeting the Vdsat.
Just wonder which one i should sacrifice?
