I want to use a LM7815 chip to regulate 15v from a unstable 10-15v power source. But then the min input voltage of the LM7815 chip is 14.4-16v.
Is there anyway to boost the circuit to regulate 10-15v source to provide clean 15v 1a supply?

The LM7815 can't be used to output 15V of 10V .. It's minimum input voltage, as for all 78XX regulators, is Vout+3V - in this case +18V dc ..

If you need regulated output of 15V dc and your input voltage is between 10V and 15V then you will have to use switching step-up regulator such as, for example, the LM2577 .. **broken link removed**

You should check out datasheets & app. notes, there'll be plenty of schematics in those.
