Hello,

If you have a DC Relay, with input voltage equals to 12V.
If this input voltage has lowered to 11.7V, would that affect the spin of the coil? What can be the minimum input voltage, so it still function correctly?

What is better, to put it under 12.13V or 11.7V or between so, the functionality doesn't change?

Relays are rated like LOGIC buffers with Schmitt triggers. There is a guaranteed level to turn On and Off but no guarantee in between. In this excellent automotive 1A relay from OMRON once on at <=80%, it will stay on and be guaranteed to be OFF at >=10% V rating. All Relays have hysteresis and ideal voltage is the rated voltage, but may be operated a bit slower and cooler at -20% Vrated.
