level shifter 1.8 3.3

Hello!

Can somebody advise me topology of level shifter to translate 1.8 V voltage level to 3.3 V?

Now I use level shifter which have problem with duty cycle.

1.8 3.3 level shifter

is it a dc level shift or transfer a signal between gnd and 1.8 to something and 3.3

transistor level shifter 1.8 3.3

How fast is your signal ?

there are so many companies which makes such ICs or you can make transistor based ckt .

level shift 3.3 1.8

this is typical in case when N-channel transistors gain doesn't have enough margin over PMOSs. Increase NMOS width, checking operation by simulation in worst case:
N -> slow; P -> fast; temperature - maximum; Vdd_core -> minimum; Vdd_io -> maximum.
