There is something like TL7660 switched capacitor voltage converter, but for more current I nedd max current 135mA and TL7660 have maximum on 100mA

I need -5V 135mA and have +8V or +5V

Hi,

a search at farnell gives those results:
* SP6661EN-L
* LM27761DSGT

Maybe also:
* LM2662
* LM2663
* MAX809

(I didn´t check datasheets)

Non isolated solution.

I have good experience with R785.0-0.5.

If you want a low cost off the shelf solution, you could use a 5v to 5v one watt power module. At the price, its hardly worth buying all the individual parts to assemble something yourself.
These come in various voltages, but the 5v to 5v units usually have 0505 in the part number.
