VNA: Time Domain: Retrofit

Does someone knows an alternatite and cheaper method to retrofit the time domain option on Agilent/Hp VNAs ?

Apparently, the retrofit don't take in account RF hardware, sore "rumors" say that may be an Eprom or some firmware like this.

Time Domain Option consists on just a "simple" processing of the measured (and corrected) power waves.
