I have the Rohde & Schwarz ZVA 67 VNA. I need to use the Maury Microwave WR-42 Cal kit to test some waveguides of mine but the cal kit is not integrated to the VNA. I need to derive my own cal coefficients and kind of create my of cal kit folder. Any help would be greatly appreciated
