VLE Extraction: figure having multiple stamped connections

VLE Extraction

Hi Guys:

When I extract a layout with zero DRC errors, it is indicated there are violated rules with "Figure Having Multiple Stamped Connections". Can anyone explain the type of violation occured. Thanks in advance

VLE Extraction

A well figure has more than one well-tap (such as n+ diff in nwell), but all well-tap shapes are not connected together thru metals.
