bcjr algorithm

Hi friends,

I am implementing viterbi algorithm and BCJR algorithm in matlab for the output of a matched filter. Where can I find the codes? can anyone help me how to implement that.

You can see the Viterbi function from Matlab HMM-Toolbox (tape open hmmviterbi)...
