Video Transmission via Telephone Cable..........How??

I'm looking for a schematic circuits which can allow me to transmit video stream via telephone cable..........

So I can call my friends and we can talk and see each other....

Any software, tutorial, will be helpfull.....

U know like the meeting in the big company

Thanks for the link....but I didn't mean that..............I want to do this project without any configration on my telephone line (without ADSL)....

Just using some sort of compession technique for video and send it by the computer via telephone cable to the destination

I hope I cleared my point
