Very simple 11 devices driver

Why 11? Because the housing is from an old DVD recorder (shown below on pictures)
The main purpose of creating this device was to reduce the number of cables on the table and to have the steering near the working place.
The maximum intensity on an output is 10A which gives 2300W power on an output.
