I want to design an accurate bandgap using CMOS process, +/- 5mv including process violation, temperature violation , supply violation , etc.

Any idea?

the parameterS about high-precision Bandgap:
1)temperature coefficient
2)high PSRR
3)others, such as power desippation and die size
maybe you can refer to this:

must use trimming or eeprom for program

You may want to check on programmable-based bandgap references. They are CMOS-compatible and programmable ones are robust, substrate cost effective and widely used today in many low-power portable consume electronics such as ones in signal conditioning ASICs for biomedical sensors.

ADI has a range of bandgap references that also come with reference designs.
