Presented project is a prototype of a webcam driver. The system allows the rotation of the webcam approximately 340 degrees in the horizontal and approximately 120 (depending on the „callibration”) in the vertical. It was made on two analog servomechanisms and few boxes. The driver can be controlled from a wired remote control and a computer via RS. It can remember five positions, what is shown on the video and remembers the last position. Electronics is based on Atmega16 and the program is written in BASCOM. Mechanical limit switches are used for the detection of extreme positions in the horizontal.
