So let me get this straight:

1) Writing your own Verilog code for a digital clock is too difficult. And
2) apparently searching the internet for Verilog code of a digital clock is too difficult. And
3) using code that someone else found on the internet for you is too difficult, then

..what on earth are other people supposed to do? Do you actually expect people to try to guess what Verilog code might be easier for you?

Quiie frankly, at this stage, any and all Verilog code will be too difficult for you. When you start to learn Verilog, then and only then will the code look easier.
