pic verify failed

Hi
I'm a beginner to pic programming.I hope to use pic 16F84A.I've made 4 pic programmer.It likes JDM programmer.But i got above error always.
If you have any suggestion about that refer it

Hi,
this message is from many problems,
communication error, hardware error, bad board....
JDM sometimes have problem with com port current,
Search on eda forum, you will find many good and tested programmers for PIC Micro,
