2.4GHz Varactor needed

Hi
I want to buy some varactors that can operate in 2.4GHz range.
I searched many sites but I am unable to find one with this freq
range. Pl help
Thanks

Re: 2.4GHz Varactor needed

Your description is way too cryptic: What is your application?

In case it's intended for VCO design, in practice you would buy a set of varactor diodes and try which one results in good phase noise. In my case BB857 has never let me down.

Re: 2.4GHz Varactor needed

Thank you imado_60 and radiohead...
I actually wanted this varactor because I
am designing a tunable patch antenna. So for
tunability, I needed a varactor to tune resonant frequency.
Since I am simulating it in HFSS, I would like to know
the physical dimensions of these varactors. Normally these
dim are given in product profile from vendors website.
So I ll look for it, If u get it pl tell.
Thanks

Ahsaan you are desiging a phased array antenna?

I am desining a tunable or reconfigurable antenna. I will
use the microstrip technology. I am still searching a better
design but right now I am working on two patch array
loaded with a varactor.
