I am not finding the library of Varactor diode(variable capacitance diode).Please anyone mebtion it in the library.
 

check some semiconductor companies and see if they provide a model for their varactors or not
 

This is an application note on how to model a varactor diode from Alpha Industry. They provide parameters on their products. You can also request for free samples.
