V56 Universal Controller Board with Laptop Screen Display Problem !

Hi, I have v56 Universal Controller board but when i flash the firmware i just get light blue color screen....no text or menu ? what can be the problem...?

Jumper setting is on 3.3V


LCD Panel : LP154WX4 (TL) (C1)
Resolution (1280 x 800 )


Board :-
V56 universal board ...LAMV56UA
Support TV Signal: Analog
OSD Language: Chinese, English, Deutsch, Espoal, Portuguese, French, Italian.
Scheme of the chip: TSUMV56RUUL.Z1
Input Interface: PC / VGA / HD / TV / USB multimedia playing
Voltage: DC 12 V
Screen interface: LVDS Single 6 / 8 , Double 6 / 8
Screen voltage: 3.3V / 5V / 12V
Resolution: Support high screen 1920 * 1080, 7-55 inch LVDS screen (support most of the panels,but not all)
