Hi,

I have download a PSPICE library (for SM6T family from ST Microelectronics wensite: **broken link removed**). The zip file contains a .lib file. How do I use it in LTSPICE?

I tried using the .inc statement but maybe I am using it incorrectly?

Thanks for any help,
Michael

If the lib is encrypted to be used only for Pspice, then you won't be able to use it in LTspice.
Just open the lib and see if you see any encryption there.

What should I be looking for exactly?

Are you able to read/understand the contents of the lib (all the way to bottom) or it is just some random alphabets and numbers, something like - eee8c5c7a2bc4b01f045f3036786......
In case it is random numbers, it is encrypted.

Yes,

The content is readable numerous subsckt for all the family of components.

It's a library of subcircuits which can be imported in LTSpice. You need to assign it to a symbol (e.g. a diode symbol pointiing to the respective subcircuit) to use it in schematic design entry.
