using P-CAD Translator to import PDIF files into Allegro

when I use the cadence P-CAD Translator to import PDIF files into allegro,some of the components are rotated in the .brd file.I use PCAD 2001 to generate PDIF files. The components have correct directions in the pcad view of the file.
