how to view user interface using linux

I have developed software which I use to control a machine from a PC based system, using Win 95 O/S, as it is now time to upgrade the package what would be involved in moving to Linux as an O/S? I really would rather move away from Microsoft O/S's

Main application was developed using Delphi
Target system is 300Mhz single board computer (Arcom GX1-SBC)
Touch screen monitor
Serial comms to Siemens S7-200 PLC's (serial comms handle by the delphi application)

How much reprogramming would I need to do, and what would be a good Linux installation to use, and what other software would I need Could I still program in Pascal or will I need to port it to C.

Mike:
I´m a Delphi programmer and can help you to port the application to Linux using Kylix (the Linux version of Delphi). If you like my support send me a private message.
Thanks

I think porting it to Kylix is a good idea. Just you have to find a linux "distribution" that supports your platform (since you'll need the kernel and the specific drivers for your platform).

Good Work!
