using LED to display SMS through GSM

i'm tasked to work on a project to display messages from SMS through GSM on a FS-W1502DC LED display. The problem is i know nthing abt C++( i only know basic coding of C# and Java). Can anyone help me as to how to write a source code coz i'm in a complete lost
