Using H-Bridge instead of L293 or L298 for control of DC brush motor

Dear

I saw that usually l293 or l298 was used for control of the dc brush motor.but i used l298 and saw that dissipation of this IC is high,so IC is warmed high.

I think that a simple H-Bridge with IRF9540 and IRF530 with low resistance and dissipation is powerfull than these IC's.

please send your comment

IR 2110 is Good for H - Bridge Control.

I've used the l298... is really a headache, it keeps burning and the pins break when u are most frudtrated.

If you can use other IC i think you should!!!

Also take a look at the Unitrode motor control ICs here (Unitrode is now a part of Texas Instruments)

Select the parts based on your specifications

you must match your motor specification with l293, i am able to controll 2 motor using this IC
