hi guyz

i have a problem with running beg-1.75 (the only available version out there) on any recent linux (let's say from RH 7.3 forward).

It is a binary distro which runs OK on Linux RH 5.2. MY PROBLEM is that the "Beg" binary is of this type: a.out-i386-linux.

Does anybody know how to run these old a.outs on modern Linuxes which use the ELF conventions for the binaries? Is there any library for that? Or maybe a conversion tool? It is a static bin probably not depending on any library (glibc etc).

thanks in advance

Did you tried to enable a,out support in the kernel? Maybe that can help you.
