hi anyone have the user guide/manual for IMV D10-11? honestly its my first time encountered this UPS Brand. I just want to know the operation procedure, start-up and etc.
We have this client using very old UPS the IMV D10-11. As per end user they replaced the batteries ( with new 20pcs of batteries ) instead of 40pcs ( 2 string connection ). In the event of power failure the UPS didn't back up the message on the display "IMV D10-11 OUTPUT OFF" so meaning no output voltage. No alarm or fault indicate in the unit. So before going down i need to review the manual.first..thanks for the help
