That's copyrighted material; it would just be removed as soon as Mentor Graphics notices that it is on EDA Board. The full product documentation (there is also an error message reference, a getting started, and a command reference) should be installed as part of the Olympus product tree; if not, you can get it from Mentor Graphics SupportNet. (Registration is free.)
