I use standard cells for AFC simulation in Spectre, but there is no response in the output.
Since there is no inputs for VDD and VSS in the standard cells. i think maybe it's the reason that cells can't function properly.
Please sb tell me if VDD and VSS are necessary for standard cells in Spectre and how to set them.
