Hello,

I need one NAND latch in my circuit.

Would i be better off using one of the latchs on the SN74279 chip?

..............or is it better to use a quad NAND chip and connect two of the NAND gates as a NAND latch?
...eg 74LVC00A.....

Hi treez,

Using the latch chip will make your circuit simpler. But if you want to make a detail study of the latch while designing your circuit, you can try the quad nand gate chip.
