Use RA4 of 16F84A as other output port

In my recent project I want to use RA0-RA4 as output port.

I already know that RA4 can only use as input port .It also can use as open drain type output port.

Can I use it as other output port using following circuit.

Yes you can use it as output by pulling up it to Vcc via 10 K resistor.
