Use AMS to simulate circuit, then "The primitive 'psp103' couldn't be found", why?

Hi all, I use IC617 to design some circuit, because there has Verilog code, so I want to use AMS to simulate circuits. But there have errors:
The primitive 'psp103' couldn't be found when attempting to create the model "hvtpfet".

It's so strange! When I get rid of the Verilog code and use spectre to simulate circuits, there has no errors!

I don't kow why, May be the version of AMS is low??

Help me please, thanx!!

PSP0103 is a kind of MOSFET model, just as bsim4.
