can you please suggest me a microcontroller which has USB and MAC in one Chip ?

or any other idea to integreting within one chip :)

ST72F62X is an example
microchip have a varity of these micros.

I am using Atmel AT91RM9200, It has both USB and MAC integrated also it support both host and device USB ports.
