There are a couple FPGA boards that communicate with PC through USB such as EZ1CUSB, XEM3001, USB2FPGA.

I am looking for any FPGA board that could communicate with PC through USB or CAN bus. I have a problem to develop USB driver for VxWorks/Linux host system. Please help ......

Try looking at FTDI chips. They have a usb to fpga development board plus linux drivers.

Try

www.jungo.com

They have generic USB driver, bit expensive (maybe some eval version available), supporting Windows and Linux
