USB port Power surge problem

all USB port showing me Power Surge error and full hang the pc after connecting Printer cable pls help me to solve this type of problem.

Try connecting the printer via a powered hub.
If that fails I think your printer/lead has a fault.

if printer/cable ok,check +5v is present when cable is connected.

Printer working fine in another system actually if i connect any device like Usb mouse or anything it shows me Surge error .
