USB OTG and charging simultaniously

Hey there,
first of all I hope, that I'm right here, cause I'm new in this board.
Now to my plan:
I want to build an USB OTG cable for my Moto G to access an USB stick or mount a keyboard and charge the phone at the same time. Circuit and outter appearence are already created (on paper), but there is still at least one open question:
Will the stick or any other device drain all power?
For better understanding of this question here is a sketch of the circuit:
