Hi,
Have any one done USB interfacing for at89S8252 Microcontroller?

I am planning to do the same,I am going for FTDI FT245R FIFO Ic.Is is Useful?
Where can we buy these chips in India r Hyderabad?

Can AnyOne suggest me in this regard?Any sample circuits for reference please..
