Someone knows any other non-PCI USB host controllers than Philips, Cypress and TDI?

Cypress SL811 is only 8-bit, Philips has driver problems with Linux and driver source for TDI´s TD242 is US$ 15000 (o;

The host driver, flexistack, from philips is $ 40.000, on the philips site you get the idea that its cheaper but its not...

The cypress usb solution folows the usb 2.0 standard but does not suport 480 Mbit Hi-Speed.

Also searching for a host controller with host stack but it should be PCI, programming/buying the stack seams to be the expensive part...
