Usb flash memory circuit diagram

There is a Micromax 16GB broken usb flash memory. I need the circuit diagram in order to rebuild it.
I could not find the IC's datasheets either. I really appreciate your kind help.
USB IC: AU6983BT
Memory IC: FBNL63A51K3PG

Buy new device and if you still need circuit do reverse engineering. Prices of USB flash memories are low.

I didn't find this brand anywhere. About reverse engineering, the board is damaged and melted. That's the problem.

Yes I saw that terible melting point, looks like very bad.

For like this commercial devices is hard to find schematics.
