USB Communication in STM32f407 Dicovery board

Hello,
I have a wired mouse connected to STM32F407 discovery board and i followed your steps in the tutorial but it did not work. Could you please let me know what is the hardware connection required to achieve this setup?Should pin PA9 needs to be connected to something on the board and is there any way to call the eventcallback function.My main issue is that the wired mouse is not sensed by Vbus.Its voltage is 0V. Could you please help me on this.Any help would be appreciated.
