I PROPOSED TO DESIGN A USB BASE _ DOT MATRIX which i used a
VB programming language ..,
But this is my first time to do that.,
I need your Idea about this Project.
Anyone can HELp me??

I assume USB BASED DOT MATRIX driver project. Yeah that would be nice and easy to communicate with the PC.
 

Yes A nice project.

For scrolling text it will be the same as here



Remain the communication PC-µC.

Seen the Speed in data transmission of the USB it will be possible to design a Huge matrix with annimations.
