VB programming language ..,
But this is my first time to do that.,

I assume USB BASED DOT MATRIX driver project. Yeah that would be nice and easy to communicate with the PC.

For scrolling text it will be the same as here



Remain the communication PC-µC.

Seen the Speed in data transmission of the USB it will be possible to design a Huge matrix with annimations.
