Urgent Subject needed for Master thesis in Microeletronics

Hi,

I need a subject for my mater thesis in Microelectronics.anything in nanoelectonics and fabrication techmology.I'm sorry in advance if I'm at the wrong place.But i am in a very bad position.

which classes did you get your best grades when getting your BS?

When it comes to fabrication you could look at the new 18nm chips and how the fabrication must be done to prevent the contamination of noise between the close tight traces of the chip.

I got my best grade in optomechantronics devices in BS.
