Hi There I Have Some Problems That Makes Me Made

Problem #1 Working With Files

Open "C:\Test.txt" For Output As #1

First step i want the program in the form load to look for the file, if it doesnt exist then creat it, does any one knows haw to write that code ?, i have no problem in creating the file, but have a problem in making the program search for the file

Problem #2 Working With Access Database

when the database contains data no error appers whnd loding the program, but the problem appers when the user tries to delete a record from an empty database, after that if we rerun the program, the progrm stop adding new records or gives an error messege, due to the previous error of deleteing a record from an empty database. haw to solve this problem.

you need to parse the data base a little rules engine to generate the exceptions

and what it does as a result
like if writing to an empty database
then make the file first
using read and write routines on a script window inside the
frame containers page and address the routine to carry out the needed rule
just pass data to the routine using a pointer data->read(data)

use the shellexe or shell="file name " comand

try to read some books for VB6 and 7

You can overcome the second problem by using the .eof(End Of Record)
