Urgent Help to simply Display Hyperterminal data on VB 6.0

i want to display the data which is displaying on hyperterminal to the visual basic 6.0 for monitoring .
the data which is displaying on hyperterminal is in string format which is send after an interval by microcontroller.
I want the VB code for it n im new to it so need a help plz some one can help me its urgent.

You can configure COM ports in Visual Basic. Then use define ASIIdata() as byte. Now you just add component "Microsoft com control" from the component window. Then configure MSComm using the comm commands.
